Hydrogen may well become important but is very expensive to produce by electrolysis.  It is likely that in the foreseeable future hydrogen will be produced from fossil fuels and the CO2 produced will be sequestered underground.  There are many different approaches being taken in the development of biofuels for the transportation sector.</description>

		<description>It's as simple as increasing the effeciency of our already existing capability of harnessing solar energy.  Not just from the sun but from any light source.  Dependency on oil is a political problem..it has never been  a problem of technilogical ability.  Look to where the funding comes from for things like this.</description>
